About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready to test your fine motor skills with Verticality, a dexterity game that will make you break a sweat (maybe not that much, but it'll be close!). The idea is simple: build increasingly wobbly towers using cards and the famous Looney Pyramids. Each round, a custom die will tell you which size of piece you have to use to add a new level to your unstable work of art. When three pyramids are nicely touching each other, it's time to place a card on top, setting the stage for the next level. It's a fast-paced, dynamic game that promises plenty of laughs and tense moments, perfect for livening up any gathering. It can be played by up to 6 people and each game lasts only about 10 minutes. If you enjoy games that challenge your hands and patience, and are easy to learn, Verticality is a sure bet. And the best part: it's already included in the larger game Pyramid Arcade, but the rules are also available online if you just want to try out this little marvel of tabletop engineering. It's the kind of game you pull out when you want something light, fun, and that doesn't require hours of explanation.
