Autumn has arrived, the rain has soaked the woods and mushrooms are sprouting everywhere. In Wonder Woods, you and your green‑fingered friends compete to see who can harvest the tastiest girolles, morels, boletes and towering Parasol mushrooms. The game supports 2 to 5 players who each explore a forest dotted with secret mushroom patches. The goal is straightforward: use your intuition and observation to pinpoint the most productive spots and gather the most delicious fungi. But you’re not alone—other players are after the same patches, so you’ll need to bluff about where you’re actually harvesting while simultaneously deducing the true intentions of your opponents.

The core mechanic is deduction: each round you receive limited clues about which patches hide the best mushrooms. Based on that information you make your picks and record how many fungi you collect. Meanwhile, bluffing comes into play when you share (or pretend to share) your harvest secrets, trying to mislead rivals. Every decision influences the final score, which is the sum of the flavor values of the mushrooms you’ve gathered.

Rounds are quick, lasting 20‑25 minutes, and the game is light (weight 1.2/5), making it perfect for a casual yet strategic session. The components are bright and thematic, enhancing the magical forest vibe. In the end, the player who best balances observation, bluffing and a dash of luck walks away with the title of the finest harvest in Wonder Woods.
