About the game

What you do in a play session

Think you're safe just because the zombies are a few zones away? Think again. The Necromancers have cooked up a nasty little trick in 'Zombicide: Black Plague – Deadeye Walkers'. By manipulating the zombie infection, they've managed to keep skilled archers' deadly accuracy intact even after death. Their flesh might be rotting away, but as long as those skeletal fingers can grip a bow, they'll serve their sinister masters until the bitter end.

Mechanically, Deadeye Walkers behave like standard Walkers for most of the game. They occupy the same spot in the targeting priority, use one action per activation, and take one damage to be killed. The real nightmare, however, is their ranged attack. Whenever they activate and have a Line of Sight on one or more Survivors within a range of 0-3, they launch a standard Zombie Attack. If multiple zones are eligible, they target the one with the most Survivors first, then the noisiest zone, and if it's still a tie, the players get to decide who gets hit.

This expansion is a quick and lethal addition for those looking to ramp up the tension and difficulty. The box includes 21 Deadeye Walker miniatures in three distinct sculpts and 6 spawn cards to seamlessly integrate these skeletal archers into your game. Walking the streets of the Black Plague world is no longer a stroll in the park; you'll need to be much more careful about where you stand. Get inside, run for cover, or risk taking an arrow to the knee and ending your adventuring days. It's the perfect way to add a layer of ranged danger to your cooperative survival experience.
