About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready for an intense survival experience in Zombicide Season 2: Prison Outbreak! This time, the action throws you inside a prison overrun by the undead, where space is tight and fights are up close and personal. Forget open fields; here, you'll squeeze through claustrophobic corridors and small rooms, facing berserker zombies that couldn't care less about ranged attacks. Thinking fast and acting boldly is key, as you'll need to jump into melee combat at every turn. It's like a modern dungeon, but instead of levers, you'll be dealing with switches to open or lock doors, utilizing security rooms, and discovering secret areas.
This expansion brings everything a newcomer needs to dive into the Zombicide universe, while also adding a ton of new content for veterans. In fact, Prison Outbreak packs more material than the original base game! You'll get six new survivors, each with their 'zombified' (Zombivor) side, ready to form an unbeatable team with complementary skills. The included missions form a complete campaign, where you fight to turn this hellish prison into a safe haven. And to face the challenges, you'll have a brand-new arsenal: riot shields, automatic shotguns, concrete saws, and many more toys. Oh, and there's even an alternate ending to make things more exciting!
