About the game
Grab your heaviest coat, because the race to the South Pole starts now! In 1911, history gave us an epic duel between Amundsen and Scott, and this game brings all that tension straight to your table. You're not just playing cards; you're fighting to survive the ice and reach the goal before your rival. This is an asymmetric two-player battle, meaning each player has a unique style and a different route to follow. While one focuses on pure efficiency, the other might try to sabotage their opponent's journey.

The board features paths of colored dots representing the routes to the final destination. The gameplay is highly dynamic: there are cards face-up on the table, and you must decide whether to take one for free or trade cards from your hand to get what you need. You can use your cards to advance along the path, trigger special abilities, or if you're feeling aggressive, throw your opponent off course. But watch out! Nature is unforgiving. If the deck runs out for the second time before anyone reaches the goal, Antarctica wins and both players lose the game.

It's a quick-fire experience, perfect for a 20-minute duel between friends. And if you're the type who loves extra content, this version includes amazing expansions that add new patrons, return-to-ship rules, and even dice mechanics to simulate the harsh weather. It's a race against time and against your opponent, where every card played could be the difference between historical glory or being lost forever in the eternal snows.
