About the game

What you do in a play session

In Assembly, you and your friends (or just you, if playing solo!) are humanity's last hope on an orbital platform. A deadly virus has wiped out the crew, but luckily, you're immune. The problem? The computer, in an attempt to contain the threat, has locked everything down and is draining the oxygen! Your only chance to escape is to finish assembling a spaceship that's incomplete on the assembly line. Sounds easy, right? Not so much!

This is a quick, cooperative card game that fits in your pocket, perfect for taking anywhere. Using your command cards, the goal is to manipulate the room modules – revealing, swapping, or rotating them – until they fit perfectly into their respective blueprints. Once in place, you lock them down and advance in the ship's construction.

Replayability is a strong point: each game is unique thanks to the variable initial setup, the different roles players can take, and the option to add 'malfunctions' that activate when locking a room, forcing a change in strategy. For two players, communication is limited, and you can even opt to use only sign language, adding an extra layer of challenge and fun. With two base sets, you can even play the double ring variant, which supports up to four players. Can you outwit the computer and assemble the ship before the oxygen runs out?
