About the game
In Biome, you’re an environmentalist competing to create the most biodiverse biome possible. Collect sunlight and food to play plant and animal cards in habitats like swamps, grasslands, and jungles. In spring, help birds and rabbits build nests and have babies. In summer, protect those babies from your opponents’ predators. Earn points by feeding your animals and with successful hunts. But beware: starting in the second year, natural disasters can affect your biome. Use strategies like planting mangrove trees to protect your swamp from tsunamis or keeping rainstorm cards handy to prevent fires. With multiple difficulty levels and an optional natural disasters expansion, Biome offers a rich and challenging experience for 1 to 4 players.
