Our Verdict
RECOMMENDED

Boerenbedrog is pure chaotic fun, perfect for fans of deduction games with a dash of mischief. The game shines in unpredictable interactions and tense votes where a single 'no' can flip the game. The animal abilities add strategic layers, but the best part is watching suspicion take over the table. Get ready to laugh, accuse, and of course, be accused!

About the game

What you do in a play session

Chaos has taken over the farm: all the feed is gone! Did the farmer forget to buy it, or did the greedy pig eat it all? In Boerenbedrog, no one can be trusted, and rumors fly freely. Each player controls animals with unique abilities that can help uncover clues or throw others off track. Each round, three witness cards are placed in the center, and the majority determines the culprit. You can use your animals to peek at a witness or call for a vote—but beware, a single 'no' can veto everything and keep the game going! At the end, players with animals matching the true culprit set aside cards to score points. After three rounds of trickery and deduction, the farm's top detective wins!
