If you love quick games with bluffing and group tension, Bomb Squad Academy is a blast (pun intended). The simultaneous wire-cutting leads to hilarious 'not it!' moments, and the push-your-luck mechanic is simple but addictive. Perfect for groups who enjoy interaction and light chaos.

About the game

What you do in a play session

Bomb Squad Academy is your final bomb disposal training exam — and the instructor didn’t go easy on you. With three training bombs (which *will* explode eventually, fair warning!), your goal is to cut the right wires to score points without setting them off. Each bomb has four decks of cards representing colored wires, and every round players secretly choose which wire to cut (or yell 'WAIT!' to block a cut). The catch? Cutting wires alone scores big but also speeds up the bomb’s trigger. Whoever causes the explosion loses points, making this a game of timing, bluffing, and a dash of luck. Special tools bend the rules, but don’t expect miracles — the pressure’s on. Get ready for 20-40 minutes of tense fun where every choice could mean academic glory or... well, boom.
