About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and build the most amazing burgers in Burger Up! This card game invites you to become a respected chef, competing to be the most prestigious in town. The idea is simple: fulfill customer orders by assembling delicious sandwiches, using the best ingredients, and perhaps even creating the biggest burger the world has ever seen.
Each round is divided into four crucial moments. First, you head to the market to scout for the ingredients you need. Then, in the building phase, you can add up to three of them to your developing burger. If your creation is ready for the spotlight and matches a specific order, it's time to shine in the "Burger Up!" phase, scoring points and earning prestige. Finally, the clean-up phase helps you replenish your hand of cards. But beware: there's an alternative move where you can spend your turn to refresh your restaurant and gain a bonus star. The game ends when there are no more orders to fulfill, and whoever has the most stars (or coins, depending on the version you play!) is crowned the burger master chef!
Burger Up is a delightful puzzle to assemble, blending hand management with the satisfaction of seeing your perfect order come off the grill! It's fast, fun, and perfect for those who enjoy a light challenge with a food theme.
