About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready to dive into Paris in the year 2400 with *Chronicles of Crime: 2400*, a standalone game that puts you in the shoes of Kalia Lavel, a former BelCor agent who traded profit for justice. Stripped of her cybernetic implants, Kalia now uses her skills to help the underprivileged in a merciless world where advanced technology and social inequality define the landscape. Androids almost indistinguishable from humans and cybernetic implants are the norm, while artificial intelligence permeates daily life and Cyberspace becomes as real as the physical world. The city is divided by a gigantic translucent Dome, housing the BelCor elite in a private utopia, brutally contrasting with the reality of violence and the struggle for influence on the streets. In this cyberpunk setting, you'll use the latest technological innovations to unravel complex crimes. Your trusty Cyber-Raven can analyze evidence and scour the web for information on suspects. Throughout the scenarios, you may acquire new cybernetic implants that will boost your abilities: super-senses to find clues, a tomograph to scan people, or even a zapper to disable electronics. But be careful, technology isn't always on your side! Is the character you're talking to human or android? Who hides behind the avatars you meet in Cyberspace? The struggle between criminals and detectives reaches a new level in this dystopian future. Part of the *Chronicles of Crime – The Millennium* series, this game offers a unique experience with the same innovative mechanics of the series, but with a completely new and refreshing universe, narratively connecting with the other titles in the line.
