First, players take turns, choosing from eight possible actions: building, upgrading infrastructure, trading, and exporting. If cash runs low, you can pass and still secure a bonus. Next comes the production phase, where you collect basic resources, refined goods, and money from your production units scattered across the map. Each built unit generates visible income on your player mat, and to refine, naturally, you need the corresponding basic resource. Finally, the round scoring phase kicks in, with victory points awarded according to the current round's scoring tile, which changes each game, ensuring insane replayability.
