About the game

What you do in a play session

Classic Word Tennis is a fast-paced word association game with a fun tennis theme. Players must respond to cards from four different categories in under 5 seconds — if they fail, they lose a 'life' (represented by wooden tennis balls). The categories are Name (your response must include the name on the card), Association (something related to the word), Object (the word must be an object), and Special (for players with few lives left, featuring broader topics). The game gets hilarious when answers start getting absurd or when someone challenges another player's response. If the challenge is accepted, the player has 2 minutes to defend their answer. If they fail, the challenger gains an extra life. But if they're right, the challenger loses their right to challenge again until the end of the game. It's perfect for fans of quick, laugh-filled games that test your thinking under pressure.
