About the game
Ever imagined buying shady manufacturing plans at a midnight market? That's exactly how the chaos begins in Curious Cargo. You and your opponent are locked in a frantic struggle to dominate the market for exotic cargo — from energy capacitors to jiggly green substances of dubious origin. The goal is simple: whoever builds the most efficient logistics and ships the most goods first wins. But it's not as easy as it sounds.

The game is a strategic duel for two players where you must build up your facility's infrastructure. Using conveyor tiles, you create a complex web of paths connecting receiving and shipping areas. The challenge is purely spatial and tactical; you must plan exactly where each piece fits so that the cargo flow doesn't jam. And here comes the malicious part: you can ship your custom-shaped cargo tokens directly to your opponent's board, messing up their logistics and forcing them to deal with your problems while they try to solve their own.

Curious Cargo offers different levels of complexity. For beginners, there's a mode with two-color conveyors, but for those who want a real brain-burner, the advanced mode with three colors ramps up the puzzle difficulty. With six unique player boards for each person, the variability is high, ensuring that every match requires a different solution. It's a game of timing, precision, and a pinch of spite, where controlling the cargo flow is the key to becoming the king of the market. If you enjoy games that mix the satisfaction of solving a puzzle with the tension of a direct confrontation, this is the game for you.
