About the game

What you do in a play session

The silence of the Tudor mansion is shattered by the sound of a carriage. Duke Edward York has just arrived and makes a gruesome discovery: Count Ferdinand Tudor lies dead beside a bush of blood-red roses. What happened here? Accident or foul play? In Decktective: Bloody-Red Roses, you and your friends are cooperative detectives trying to crack this mystery. The game features a 3D crime scene and a deck full of clues — a broken pocket watch, an astrology manual, a winning horse race ticket. Each player holds cards with valuable information (or red herrings). On your turn, you choose: share a clue with the group or discard something that seems irrelevant (but be careful, it might be important!). The catch? You can only reveal certain cards if the discard 'archive' has reached a minimum size. At the end, answer questions about the case — the more you get right, the better your score. Get ready for heated discussions, wild deductions, and that 'aha!' moment when everything clicks.
