About the game
In 'Desperate Oasis', you and one other player clash for survival in precious desert oases. It's a fast-paced and strategic card game, a 'lane battler' style, where every move counts. The goal is to conquer the oases by strategically playing your animal cards. You can place your animals on your side of the oasis line or, perhaps, hinder your opponent by placing them on their side. Animal cards have special powers that can turn the tide of the game, and some only reveal their tricks at the end of the round. To complicate matters (or improve them!), some spatial rules cause similar animals to group together, facilitating manipulations and combos. Plus, there are palm tree tokens that can alter card values and shake up the competition. It's an intense duel where hand management and area control are crucial to emerge victorious. Do you have what it takes to dominate these life-sustaining sanctuaries in the scorching desert? Prepare for a fierce contest where every decision matters to secure your place in the sun (or the shade of the palm trees!). A game that fits in your pocket, but don't underestimate its strategic depth and the fun it delivers.
