About the game
What you do in a play session
Ahoy there, matey! Ready to set sail in search of treasure and prove who's the craftiest pirate of the seven seas? In Dobrões, you and your friends transform into corsairs in an electrifying race to amass the greatest fortune. The premise is simple and the fun is guaranteed, making it super easy to learn and explain to everyone, even those not accustomed to board games.
At the start of the game, each player receives ten chest cards, all face down. The main goal is to be the first to arrange these ten cards in numerical order, from 1 to 10. Sounds easy, right? But a pirate's life isn't for the faint of heart! Even the most skilled buccaneer will need a good dose of luck, because the other players won't make your life easy.
The game shines with its seven special action cards, which add a strategic layer and a lot of direct interaction. These cards are the spice that 'breaks the legs' of your opponents, allowing you to disrupt their plans, steal their treasures, or make that unexpected move that turns the game in your favor. It's a true pirate 'take that', where luck and cunning mix to create hilarious and tense moments. Get ready to bluff, risk, and, of course, try your luck to become the richest and most feared pirate of all!
