Meeting those needs lets you choose among three performance levels: poor, good or outstanding. Higher levels require more resources but grant bigger rewards, letting you take either maximum economic benefit or prestige points. Beyond the artists, you can invest in trailers, upgrade facilities and hire extra staff to boost your acts. The game blends open drafting, set collection, voting and worker placement, offering constant strategic choices about where to spend money and time.
