Dungeon Rummy is the first game set in the Misfits universe, blending adventure, humor, and strategy into a compact cooperative format. Each player starts with a 26‑card deck based on a traditional deck but with four unique suits: Tank, Damage Dealer, Support, and Healer. These suits represent the character types you control, and each card may feature Mana symbols that allow special actions. The game opens with a monster phase—monsters attack first, dealing damage to the heroes. To counter these attacks, players must build card combos: sets of three or four, canastas, or simply apply direct damage. The melding and splaying mechanic lets you combine adjacent cards of the same color or value, rearranging them to create new combos. However, a stylistic rule prevents placing cards of the same suit side by side, demanding creativity in hand construction. If a player’s deck runs out before the boss is defeated, the team loses immediately. If all heroes defeat the boss, victory is secured and the heroes earn bragging rights at the local tavern. The game mixes set‑collection, card‑strategy, and a humor element that keeps each session fresh and fun, even as pressure mounts. Ideal for lovers of card games with combination mechanics and cooperation, Dungeon Rummy offers 30‑to‑60‑minute sessions that challenge even seasoned players to think outside the box while having a blast.
