About the game
What you do in a play session
In Elawa, you’re the leader of a prehistoric tribe seeking resources to ensure your people’s development. The game revolves around strategic decisions: each turn, you pick a card around the campfire to add to your tribe and collect resources based on the number on the card. These resources are collected in order, and grabbing the last one from a stack grants a special bonus. With these resources, you can build cards from your hand for immediate effects, resource storage, or endgame scoring. But beware: other tribal chiefs are eyeing the same resources, and your choices could shape your tribe’s future. When the central resources run out, it’s time to tally the points and see who leads prehistoric evolution!
