About the game
In *Faeries & Magical Creatures*, you’re invited to an enchanted world where fairies from five different folk await your friendship. Starting from a magical summer at Aunt Victoria’s house, your quest is to collect mythical creatures, plant dazzling gardens, and build homes for them—all while vying for influence over the fairy realms. The game blends deck-building, area control, and tile placement into a fluid system: on your turn, pick an action (like drafting cards, playing a fairy from your hand, or expanding your garden), and others follow your lead. Annie Stegg-Gerard’s stunning artwork brings each card to life as you balance strategy and interaction to become the first mortal accepted into the fairy realm. With multiple scoring paths and mechanics that reward both planning and adaptability, each game is a fresh adventure full of magic and light mischief (after all, even fairies love a good 'Take That!').
