About the game
What you do in a play session
If you already think the world of Fantastiqa is vibrant, get ready to meet the new residents of the Beast Bazaar! This expansion arrives to give your experience a massive upgrade, bringing two major focuses of fun: Curious Companions and Rarest Relics. With them, your adventures gain extra layers of strategy and, of course, much more magical chaos.
The Curious Companions are those allies that show up to lend a hand—but don't be fooled, they don't work for free! When you find these companions in the Bazaar, you can use their special abilities to make your quests or adventures easier. The secret here is to watch the ability symbols on the cards; they allow you to maximize your results if you know how to use them at the right time.
And if you're feeling lucky (or wealthy), the Artifact Tower hides the famous Rarest Relics. They work similarly to the common artifacts you already know, but the power level is on another level! They offer absurd effects that can change the course of the game, but the gem cost is steep. Imagine having a Gem Golem that gives you extra resources or a Mechanical Mule to store cards for later; these are the tools that can lead you to victory.
Keep in mind that this expansion is fully compatible with both the Enchanted Edition and the Rucksack Edition. If you want more card options, more hand management strategies, and want to feel that every purchase decision at the Bazaar or the Tower truly matters, this expansion is your mandatory next step. It's the kind of content that turns a good game into a much deeper and unpredictable experience!
