About the game

What you do in a play session

The king is dead and the throne is empty! In Fealty, you're an ambitious noble trying to gain support across the kingdom without resorting to open warfare. Each turn is a political chess move: you dispatch agents to influence regions, with a brilliant twist - everyone plays their pieces simultaneously! The modular board ensures each game is unique, while increasing placement constraints tighten the noose. Some pieces have special abilities that can turn the tide at the right moment. In the end, whoever best positions their forces and encloses the most valuable territories wins the crown. A quick game (15-30 min) that requires thinking like a true medieval strategist!

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers before you buy

6 questions
Ideal player count?
Best with 3-4, but the modular board allows good 2-player games too.
Hard to learn?
Rules are simple but mastering strategies takes a few games. Great for players who enjoy skill progression.
Luck or pure strategy?
Simultaneous selection adds unpredictability, but it's 80% strategic planning.
Good for kids?
Works from 12+ if they enjoy mental challenges. Might be too abstract for younger players.
Best strategy tip?
Focusing on few valuable areas usually wins. But watch for special pieces that change everything!
Worth it for medieval fans?
Theme is more visual than mechanical. It's an abstract strategy game with medieval dressing.
