Get your maps ready and adjust your binoculars, because Field of Command is here to put you directly in command of the European theater of WWII! This is a strategic two-player card duel where every decision could be the turning point between victory and total disaster. The battlefield is divided into five lanes, and you must manage your supplies with surgical precision to dominate these areas. You can choose to play as Britain, the United States, or Germany, and each faction brings a very distinct playstyle: while the Allies focus on troop volume and combined arms, Germany relies on individually superior units to try and break enemy lines. The game isn't just about brute force; it's about knowing the right time to advance or retreat, using environmental event cards to shift the combat's momentum. With support from Generals offering unique abilities and various scenarios, the tension is constant. You need to control at least three of the five lanes or annihilate the enemy HQ to secure glory. It's a fast-paced, intense game, perfect for those who want to feel the weight of a tactical decision without needing a thousand-page manual, but with all the depth a true strategist demands.
