Songs of Far Shores: Omen Game 1 pits you and your sibling in an epic duel inspired by Greek legend. Each player gets a deck of 22 unit cards and 6 Krater cards, each with unique traits and abilities that can swing the game. The goal is to sack three cities where the gods have hidden powerful Kraters. To do so, you spend coins to place units on the two sides of each city, trying to dominate the strength in each lane. Each turn is broken into five steps: first, you receive three Wealth actions – draw a unit or gain a coin – and if you spend all actions on the same resource you earn a bonus. Next, in the Surge step, you spend coins to deploy units or discard cards for special abilities. In the Portent step, any units with the Glean trait trigger their effects. Then comes War: cities that are overrun (three opponent units or five units total) are resolved, and the player with the most strength claims a Krater reward (worth two points, or one if the Krater’s ability is used). Finally, in the Offering step you may discard a card to gain extra cards or coins. The game ends when all three cities are sacked or a player reaches the required number of reward cards. With 20‑30 minute playtime, simple rules and plenty of interaction, the title offers high replay value as Kraters and units vary each match and it remains compatible with other Omen Games. Perfect for fans of tactical lane battles, hand management, and mythic themes without needing massive armies.
