About the game

What you do in a play session

In 3400 AD, humanity has colonized the Pleiad star cluster, and powerful corporations are vying for control and influence. In Fleets: The Pleiad Conflict, you take command of one of these factions, equipping fleets with escort ships and upgrades to control star systems and accumulate Victory Points (VPs). Prepare to use everything: diplomacy, cunning, and brute force to come out on top. Each round is divided into six crucial phases: player order changes every round, which can be a double-edged sword. Then comes the Build phase, where you spend your megacredits to acquire new fleets, escort ships, and upgrades, each with its own peculiarities. The Deployment phase is where you position your fleets in the systems you wish to control. Diplomacy comes into play with actions to retreat your fleets or force opponents to retreat. Next, the action heats up in the Battle phase, where each ship gets its chance to fire, but beware of initiative and the destruction of your flagship! Finally, the Reward phase distributes VPs to those who control systems, grants resources and energy, and gives you a boost for the next round with megacredits, diplomatic points, and action cards. The first player to reach 7 VPs claims victory!
