About the game
Hey folks! Tired of being just another peasant in the Dark Ages? In Guildhall, you step into the shoes of a visionary entrepreneur who's decided to open their own business to attract the best professionals from across Europe. The goal? Build an empire and leave the others in the dust! To do this, you'll recruit characters from various professions, each with unique abilities that become even more potent as you complete their sets. Think of it as assembling the dream team to dominate the medieval market.

The game revolves around collecting complete sets of professions (e.g., all five types of Merchants) and using them to buy Victory Points (VP). The more cards of a profession you have, the stronger its ability becomes. But beware: when you 'cash in' the set for VP, you lose that profession's bonus until you can gather the pieces again. It's a constant cycle of building and dismantling, where you need to decide which abilities are worth keeping and which sets to sacrifice to advance in the race for the 20 VP needed to win. Guildhall is a fast-paced, strategic card game, perfect for those who enjoy resource management, planning moves, and perhaps giving opponents a little nudge with some 'take that' cards. Get ready to shake up this little town and prove your business is the best!
