About the game
What you do in a play session
In 'Hannin Wa Odoru', you dive into a super-fast card game where deduction and bluffing are key to victory. Each player starts with four cards in hand, and on their turn, plays one card to trigger its action. The objective is simple, but the execution is full of twists: you can win if you manage to apprehend the Culprit, if you yourself are the Culprit and manage to escape, or if you play the Dog card and find the Culprit. It's a true tug-of-war of hidden identities and accusations. The deck consists of 32 cards, with 11 different action types, each with a unique effect that can completely change the course of the game. We have the Detective, the Culprit, the First Finder, the Dog, the Rumor, the Alibi, Information Exchange, the Witness, Barter, the Bystander, and even the Schemer/Accomplice (the latter, an addition from the 1000 Yen edition). With each card played, the web of who's who becomes more complicated, and you need to use your wits to decipher other players' intentions while hiding your own. Get ready for lots of laughs, unfounded accusations, and moments of pure genius!
