About the game
What you do in a play session
Harbour invites you to stroll through the bustling port town of Gullsbottom, where merchants, masons, sushi chefs and even a traveling wizard haggle over every coin. The core mechanic is worker placement: each player controls a small crew of workers that can be sent to various buildings – the Trader's Guild, Mason's Hall, Sushi Shop, Pub, Wizard's Imaginarium – to gather fish, livestock, wood, or stone. Those resources are then traded on a dynamic market to purchase new buildings, which themselves become the worker placement spots. Every purchase shifts resource values: the resource just spent drops in price while the others rise, creating ebb‑and‑flow price waves that demand precise timing. The game ends when a player acquires their fourth building; after that final round, the player with the highest point total from buildings wins. Though the rules are straightforward, the mix of a fluctuating market, variable player powers and a setup that changes each game ensures high replay value. The artwork is bright and humorous, underscoring the light‑hearted negotiation theme. Perfect for fans of quick‑play strategy games with clear economic decisions and a dash of fun, all in under an hour. Supports 1‑4 players and includes a solo mode where you optimise your purchase sequence before the fourth building is bought.
