About the game

What you do in a play session

League of Dungeoneers is a detailed dungeon crawler where you manage a party of adventurers on dangerous quests. It can be played solo or cooperatively with up to 4 players, and even allows for a game master if desired. The goal is to develop your characters through experience, equipment, and unique abilities while facing monsters and traps in procedurally generated dungeons. Each mission has its own theme, so don’t expect to find a dragon in a zombie crypt! The game includes over 50 types of rooms and corridors, with furniture and treasures varying by location—chests hold gold, while bookshelves may hide magical scrolls. But beware: your heroes have sanity and morale, which can be affected by terrifying encounters, leading to phobias or stress. If they don’t rest between quests, they might become useless or even abandon the party! Combat is dynamic, avoiding drawn-out battles, and you’ll need to decide when to use special perks to turn the tide. Each dungeon has a threat level that increases as you make noise—kicking down doors or screaming in fear might attract monsters or trigger traps. With over 100 talents and perks, 80 monster types, and 22 unique missions, every playthrough is a fresh adventure. And the best part? You can use your own miniatures or even 3D-print dungeons!
