About the game
What you do in a play session
Embark on a pirate adventure in Loot Island, where luck and cunning mix in a treasure hunt! The story takes us to a cursed island in the Indian Ocean, a haven for pirates to hide their loot, but a danger to anyone who dares approach. Centuries later, in 1902, ancient map fragments resurface, and you and your rival treasure hunters jump into action. The goal is simple: use your map cards to land on the island and piece together the right fragments to unearth hidden treasures. But beware, the curse still lingers! Each round, an exploration takes place. If a landing spot has enough cards played, treasures are revealed and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. This means cooperation is often key to finding the loot, but competition is fierce to secure the largest share. Do you have the missing pieces? Do your opponents have what you need? And most importantly: can you escape the curse and leave this treacherous island rich? Prepare for a heated contest where every card played counts, and trust is a luxury few can afford.
