About the game

What you do in a play session

Ever looked at your friend and knew they were lying through their teeth? Well, in Lying Little Devils, that's exactly the vibe! Here, you aren't just a player, but an ambitious servant of an evil god searching for his new right hand. The goal is simple but chaotic: you need to amass 30 Power points and ensure you have enough Gold in hand to seal your fate as the chosen one. But to get there, being good isn't enough—you have to be a master of cheating!
The gameplay is fast and frantic. Each round, one player takes on the role of the 'Chosen One' and reveals a Power card. The rest of the gang jumps in secretly, placing Gold cards face-down and announcing a bid value. The catch? No one is obligated to tell the truth! You can claim you're offering a fortune when you actually only have a single copper coin. The Chosen One has the power to accept the bid or call your bluff. If they catch you lying, they steal a card from you. If they fail and fall for your lie, they pay the price! Additionally, the Chosen One can risk a 'blind buy,' testing their luck directly from the deck before passing the role. It's a high-stakes game, perfect for those who love a quick 15-minute session to warm up or a casual hangout where trust is worth less than a scrap of paper.
