Get ready for a blast of 2000s anime nostalgia with Mechromancers! In this two-player deckbuilding battler, you take on the role of a Mechromancer, assembling your own robot from parts like arms, head, and legs. Each turn, you'll gather Spirit Points (SP) to power up your starting deck of 10 basic cards, adding new Actions and Reactions. But the real magic happens with Spirit Overlays: transparent cards you place on top of your bot's parts, permanently altering its stats and abilities for the rest of the battle! It's like giving your favorite character a secret power-up. The goal is to use these customized mechs to inflict as much damage as possible. Each destroyed bot part reveals the soul skeleton underneath, and when all four parts fall, your opponent is defeated. The game blends deck construction with direct, aggressive combat, where every play can shift the tide of the fight. If you enjoy the vibe of anime like Medabots or Shaman King and like card games with strategic twists, Mechromancers promises an electrifying battle.
