About the game
In Oasis, you step into the role of a Mongolian family leader, determined to become the most influential in the region. To achieve this prestigious goal, you'll need to wisely manage your resources. The game challenges you to conquer fertile steppe lands to raise horses, build sacred temples, develop robust camel caravans, and, of course, control the valuable oases. Each round, players expand their dominion through a combination of auctions, hand management, and tile placement, aiming to optimize their victory points. Area enclosure strategy is crucial, as the regions you manage to isolate with your pieces can yield many points. At the end of the game, the player who accumulates the highest score will be honored with the title of Noble of the Oasis, solidifying their power and legacy. It's a game that blends territorial planning with tactical auction decisions, perfect for those who enjoy thinking ahead and adapting to opponents' moves.
