About the game
What you do in a play session
Panzer Leader is a tactical platoon-level wargame simulating tank and infantry combat in World War II, focusing on the Western Front. With four modular boards, you can set up various scenarios, including iconic battles like D-Day and the Battle of the Bulge. The game features refined rules compared to PanzerBlitz, adding air attacks, engineers, and new spotting rules to prevent 'PanzerBush' tactics (where units could attack unseen). Beyond the 20 official scenarios, you can create your own or even mix maps with PanzerBlitz for larger battles. It's complex but rewarding for fans of detailed strategy and historical simulation. Includes 384 unit counters, combat and terrain effects charts, and a six-sided die.
