About the game
What you do in a play session
Prepare to dive headfirst into a world of fantasy with the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game: Core Set! Here, adventure doesn't wait: a wizard's tower collapses, a sorcerer vanishes, and even the kobolds whisper about an ancient dragon. And that's just the beginning!
In this cooperative game for 1 to 4 players, you step into the shoes of rookie heroes in the town of Belhaim, facing monsters, traps, and dangers that will test your limits. The mission? To become the champions the city desperately needs.
The coolest part is that you choose your character, build a custom deck with equipment, spells, and allies, and then head out to explore dangerous locations in search of answers. With each new adventure, your character gets stronger, acquiring incredible items and powers that will be essential for facing ever-greater threats. It's a journey of constant evolution!
This starter set comes with everything you need to begin: adventure cards, including the 'The Dragon's Demand' campaign, iconic character pawns like the cleric Kyra and the alchemist Fumbus, polyhedral dice, tokens to track progress and objectives, plus a rulebook and a quick-start guide. The modular structure allows for infinite scenario creation and lets you adjust the game's difficulty and pace. It's a perfect treat for those who enjoy tabletop RPGs but prefer the convenience of a card game with a more strategic and narrative-driven feel.
