About the game
What you do in a play session
Pirateer is a classic 1978 game where you command a fleet of three pirate ships in a quest for treasure and sea domination. The goal? Steal the treasure and bring it back to your safe port... or capture all enemy ships before they do the same to you! Movement is determined by rolling two six-sided dice, but watch out: trade winds, currents, and obstacles can mess with your plans. The game includes nine bonus scenarios ranging from 'Shipwreck' to 'Nuke-A-Teer' (yes, there's even a nuclear scenario!), and one of them supports up to 8 players if you have two copies of the game. It's simple, fast (15 minutes), and perfect for those who want pirate adventure without complications. Ahoy!
