About the game

What you do in a play session

Pyramid of Pengqueen is a 2‑to‑5 player game that blends hidden movement, memory, and deduction on a towering Egyptian pyramid full of treasures and ravenous mummies. Each game starts with one player as the Mummy, hunting the tomb raiders, while the rest play as treasure hunters. The board is a vertical magnetic surface, letting the Mummy move unseen while the hunters see her in real time. Movement is dice‑driven, and hunters use dice results and mission card colors to deduce the Mummy’s location. When the Mummy lands on a hunter, she’s captured, sent to the dungeon, and loses life points. The game ends when the Mummy earns enough points to win or the hunters secure a set number of treasures. Components include 12 life chips, 5 hunter dice, 1 mummy die, 23 mission cards, magnetic penguin pieces, and a 2‑meter‑high pyramid structure. The hidden‑movement mechanic keeps tension high, while memory and deduction demand focus and strategy. With a playtime of 30‑45 minutes, it’s perfect for quick family sessions or friends who enjoy logic challenges and balanced competition.
