Imagine that Pharaoh Ramses II got a bit scatterbrained and decided to hide all his treasures inside the pyramids, but now even he can't remember where everything is! That's the fun-filled-chaos-meets-memory-test-we have here in Ramses II. Your mission is to navigate the board and uncover those hidden-treasure chips to collect-the most points via search cards.
The gameplay is deceptively simple but keeps you on your toes. You'll move pyramids around the board, trying to find the-treasures-hidden-underneath. As the game progresses through three-different-levels of-cards, the stakes get higher. The real spice comes from the event cards. A sandstorm might rotate the board, making your mental map useless, or a 'Desert Poker'-moment might force you to gamble your progress against an opponent.
It's a game of shifting-probabilities. You need to balance your memory of where the chips were with the new positions created by moving the pyramids. As you reach the final-round-where-everything-is-worth-more, the tension really ramps up. It's a perfect blend of memory-work,-luck, and-quick-decision-making. If you're looking for a fast-paced game that's easy to teach but keeps everyone engaged until the last-chip-is-found, this-is-it!
