About the game
Get ready for an epic clash between green and undead in Risk: Plants vs. Zombies! This isn't your grandpa's Risk: it's an exclusive two-player version that brings the beloved town of Brainsborough to the battlefield. On one side, you command the wackiest, most creative plants, ready to defend their yards. On the other, you lead the zombie horde hungry for brains and destruction. The game features a double-sided board and three game modes that will keep you hooked: Mission Objective, where you need to complete specific goals; Tower Defense, a more tactical and defensive mode; and Total Domination, the classic 'conquer it all' objective. The main brain-shaped board divides territories that offer bonuses. A peculiar feature is the garden gnomes, acting as a neutral third player, defending their territories and forcing players to deal with an additional threat. And watch out for fog territories, which limit your attacks and movement, making them crucial strategic points. The game also allows for open objectives and strategic "feints," where you can trick your opponent about which goal you're actually pursuing. The reverse side of the board transports you straight into the video game action: plants stay put but can eliminate zombies with a roll of 6, while zombies advance in hordes. The plants' goal is to annihilate all zombies before they invade the house, just like in the original game. With over 160 pieces, this Risk promises strategic fun with a touch of humor and nostalgia for Plants vs. Zombies fans.
