About the game

What you do in a play session

River Wild is a solo card game that invites you to chart the course of a river in the Wild realm, creating protected valleys for the fauna to thrive. Each turn you pick one of the three river cards on display, using either side, extending your river. Protected valleys score based on creatures and objectives, while unprotected valleys score nothing. The goal is to maximize points before no more plays are possible. The design is clean and the mechanic of choosing between card sides offers a strategic challenge in just 15 minutes. As a Print & Play, you print and cut the cards at home, and the game was launched via Kickstarter, adding a community touch to the creation process. Though single‑player only, the experience offers tactical decisions that keep the game engaging and rewarding for those who enjoy short planning challenges.
