About the game
In 'Seize the Bean', you're a super talented barista who suddenly feels capable of much more than just working for the boss. So, in a burst of entrepreneurship, you decide to quit everything and open your own coffee shop in vibrant Berlin. The problem? Your friends, who are just as good as you (or perhaps even better!), had the exact same idea! Now, the city is full of new coffee shops, and the competition to be the best is fierce.

Your goal is to build the greatest reputation in the city, and this is achieved by satisfying your customers. You start with a loyal clientele of friends and family, but to grow, you need to manage your limited actions each turn. This means attracting new customers, upgrading your café's decor, expanding your menu with amazing drinks, and, of course, keeping your stocks full to avoid disappointing anyone. Even before you start your main actions, you have to deal with the line of thirsty customers, each with their specific orders.

As you serve the crowd, satisfied customers can grant you special abilities to manipulate the line, influence the city, or even poke at your competitors. But be careful! If you run out of stock and customers get annoyed, they might leave bad reviews, which would be a disaster for your business. Keep them happy, and you can create powerful combos with customers, upgrades, and products, earning reputation points from a central city pool. Keep an eye out: when this reputation pool runs out, the game nears its end, giving everyone just one last turn to showcase their coffee shop's efficiency!
