SILOS is a strategy game where you and your alien teammates try to dominate a small Earth town. Each player controls a faction that abducts humans and cows, using them as tokens to gain influence in key city locations. The board is modular, so location tiles change each game, adding freshness and variety. On your turn, you reposition your alien figures and activate an event card that can swing the game—bringing more cows, forcing a politician to speak out, or even changing movement rules. The Area Majority/Influence mechanic makes controlling each site crucial, as whoever has the majority of pieces there gains influence points. To win, you must assemble a complete set of humans: politicians, civil servants, influencers, and professionals. Cows serve as wild tokens, easing set completion. Each player has unique one‑time abilities that require perfect timing. The game also mixes point‑to‑point movement, deck‑through movement, and a Push Your Luck element where risky choices can yield big rewards or losses. The fun lies in balancing token collection, strategic movement, and event manipulation while keeping influence control over every location. SILOS blends classic mechanics like Set Collection and Events with a sci‑fi twist and alien humor that makes it memorable. It’s perfect for strategy lovers who enjoy extraterrestrial invasion themes and careful planning, but also appreciate a bit of unpredictability.
