About the game
Hey everyone! Get ready to dive into Matt Dixon's enchanting universe with *Transmissions*, a game that brings his adorable robotic friends to life. Here, the deal is sharing robots as your workers, who move around a rondel-style board. The mission? Collect engrams and electricity, which are key to unlocking new ideas and upgrading your robots, or to gathering items that score points at the end of the game. But that's not all! You'll also build a super fluid network of pipes and, in the midst of it all, lend a hand to birds and butterflies, which also yield some extra points. The game is a ballet of strategy and cuteness, where worker selection and sharing are a standout feature. The illustrations are breathtaking, the miniature robots are absolutely charming, and the gameplay experience is super welcoming for everyone. The game ends when ideas run out, a player completes their robots, or there are no more pipes to build. After everyone has had an equal number of turns, the player with the highest total score takes the win! It's a game that blends hand management, rondel, set collection, variable player powers, and worker placement in a way that only *Transmissions* can.
