About the game

What you do in a play session

Song of Blades and Heroes is a fantasy miniatures game that delivers fast-paced, action-packed battles. With straightforward rules, you can assemble your own band of heroes or monsters and jump into the fray in minutes. The action-point system cuts out the bookkeeping, so you can focus on what matters: strategy and thrilling dice rolls. You can play with any scale of miniatures, as long as you have about 5-10 models per player and a 60x60cm play area (or a hex grid, if you prefer). The game includes stats for over 180 creatures and rules to create your own, plus basic scenarios and a campaign system where your warband grows stronger after each battle. If you're into no-fuss skirmish games, this one's a gem.
