About the game
What you do in a play session
The game revolves around auctions and negotiations. You'll want to monopolize the sale of certain items to inflate prices, but be careful! As soon as other Ferengi enter the market with the same product, things get intense. Will you collaborate to ensure a profit for everyone, or will someone betray the agreement to steal the biggest (or entire) slice of the pie? Remember the Rules of Acquisition: opportunity and instinct are the keys to success!
Keep an eye out for special action cards that can turn the game upside down, messing with your rivals' businesses. After all, in the Ferengi world, a bigger smile can hide a sharper knife. With simple rules and quick games lasting about 45 minutes, it's perfect for those who enjoy economic games with lots of interaction and a touch of bluffing. The Ferengi who amasses the most profit at the end is declared the First Clerk! A light and fun experience, ideal for groups who aren't afraid to negotiate and, perhaps, make a few (friendly, of course!) enemies.
