About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready to face the mountain in Summit: The Board Game! This survival game throws you into a dangerous climb, where you can choose to compete against your friends, work as a team in cooperative mode, or take on the challenge alone. In competitive mode, the race is frantic: manage your limited resources (like oxygen and food), plot your route up the mountain using tiles, overcome treacherous obstacles, and try not only to reach the summit but also to descend alive, all while your opponents try to hinder you or you do the same to them. The 'karma' system is a standout feature: helping a friend might cost you points, but sabotaging someone could cost you dearly in the end. In the cooperative and solo modes, the vibe shifts to 'everyone for survival.' You need to collaborate to conquer the mountain, and one player's sacrifice might be the team's salvation. The mountain itself is a dynamic challenge, with 'Sherpa Track' and 'Time of Day Track' that alter gameplay, plus a massive deck of over 190 unique cards. With nearly 100 tiles to build the board, resource management on asymmetrical dual-layer player mats, and the ability to adjust difficulty and game length, every Summit game is a new adventure. It's a game that tests you, challenges you, and ensures no climb will be the same as the last! Just remember that language dependency is moderate, so having translated cards will help a lot.
