Hold on tight! In The Last Stronghold, things are serious: the forces of darkness are advancing, and the last remaining city, Lux, is our final bastion. The mission is clear: a small group of heroes (that's you!) needs to hold off the monster wave for as long as possible to take down the final boss. It's a siege game where dice rolls set the pace, but strategy and your heroes' special abilities are crucial to turn the tide. You'll add threats to the board, choose where to focus your efforts, move your hero, and roll those dice to send monsters packing. The trick is to use each hero's unique skills and magical artifacts to manipulate the dice and the monsters themselves. If you can hold out long enough and defeat the enemy leader, victory is yours! But beware, defeat comes if all heroes are incapacitated or if the city of Lux takes too much damage. Perfect for those who enjoy a quick cooperative challenge, with that base defense tension and a touch of medieval fantasy. It's pure adrenaline in about 20 minutes!
