About the game
What you do in a play session
The Mighty Endeavor is the 17th game in the Standard Combat Series, diving deep into the Allied invasion of France in 1944, the crossing of the Rhine in 1945, and the final push into Germany. With dice rolling and hexagon grid mechanics, you’ll plan strategic landings along the French coast, liberate occupied countries, and conquer German industrial cities. The revised and expanded edition brings updates, new components, and additional maps, including the Eastern Front and the Brittany Peninsula. Each player controls both the Allies and the Germans on opposing fronts, creating a unique dynamic where you compete to conquer territory while trying to halt your opponent’s advance. With varied scenarios and a campaign starting in December 1944, the game offers hours of intense strategy and tough decisions.
