About the game
Hey there, history buffs and quick challenge enthusiasts! 'Timeline' is that card game that will test your intuition and knowledge about when things happened. Forget exact dates; here, the goal is to have a general sense of the timeline. Each card features a historical event, invention, or discovery on both sides, but the actual year only appears on one. On your turn, you take a card from your hand and try to fit it into the timeline being built on the table, among other already revealed cards. Do you think the invention of the light bulb came before or after the French Revolution? That's the gist of it!

After positioning your card, you flip it over to reveal the date. If you got it spot on and it's in perfect chronological order with all the others, it stays there, firm and strong. But if you made a mistake, the card is removed from play, and you have to draw another card from the deck, giving you that 'almost there' feeling. The goal is to be the first to get rid of all your cards by placing them correctly in the timeline. If there's a tie in the same round, the players who ran out of cards play one more bonus round to see who comes out on top. It's a super dynamic, fast-paced game that always leads to good laughs and discussions about historical events. Perfect for unwinding and even learning something new!
